TERMS AND CONDITIONS The prices are standard per trip. Piano, save box and photocopier machine will be charged separately. Owner must obtain insurance for any transportation of goods. We are not responsible for any damages. The company will not responsible for any damages occured to the goods which are not packed by us or not included with our packing or wrapping services especially those item like glasses, electronic items and ceramics. For flat owner, we are not responsible for those item which cannot be carried using stairs For condominium and apartment owner, we are not responsible for those items which cannot be fitted onto the lift or because the lift is not functioning at that moment. We will charge extra if we are asked to carry the goods using stairs. Only one destination is allowed for a single order. Additional cost is charged if there are more than one destination for an order After the goods had taken out or loaded or packed and the owner changes his mine and do not want to shift, the owner has to pay full service charges Payment Term: Cash on delivery Owner should inspect all the goods as they are unloaded and/or relocated. If there is any loss or damage(s) to goods that caused by us, please notify our office no later than 48 hours after completion of the job. We will not responsible or liable for any such alleged loss or damages which was reported 48 hours after job completed. We may add on or revoke or remove terms and condition without prior notification.
